2025 Revive Joy Webinar Series
1. Scope of Services
Revive Joy agrees to deliver the following services:
- Quarterly Webinars: Four (4) webinars, each lasting 50-60 minutes, to be conducted on mutually agreed dates within the year (2025).
- Content Development: Creation/presentation of webinar content (from the 8 options available in the 2026 Quarterly Webinar Series). Client objectives will be incorporated into presentation and supplementary materials as appropriate, following consultation.
- Ongoing Engagement: Follow-up micro-learning content to be shared with organization/client for distribution to team members as deemed appropriate to encourage application of concepts. Two follow-up content emails will be spaced out between/following each webinar, for a total of 8.
2. Compensation and Payment Terms
Client/organization agrees to compensate Revive Joy a total fee of $3,000 for the services outlined above, payable as follows:
- Deposit: 25% ($750) due upon purchasing the webinar series
- Two remaining payments: payable at the end of Q1 and Q2 of $1,125 each.
Payment method to be agreed upon by both parties. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by Revive Joy, check, or credit card payment.
3. Responsibilities of the Parties
- Revive Joy Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality webinar content aligned with client goals.
- Provide relevant follow up micro-learning content (short videos, articles, challenges, or tips related to webinar topics)
- Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the webinar platform is properly set up and functioning.
- Provide technical support during webinars to address any issues.
- Promote the webinars to the intended audience.
- Ensure timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Revive Joy retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the materials created for the webinars. Client is granted non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for internal purposes only.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Either party may cancel or reschedule a webinar by providing at least 7 days' notice, however, every effort should be made to adhere to the set schedule, to be agreed upon by both parties after the purchase of the webinar series. If extreme circumstances require shorter notification, all efforts will still be made by both parties to reschedule the canceled event. If the Client cancels and is unable to reschedule a webinar, Revive Joy is still entitled to the full agreement amount. If Revive Joy cancels and is unable to reschedule a webinar, Client is entitled to a refund for prorated amount for that scheduled webinar.
7. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within that notice period. Upon termination, Revive Joy shall be compensated for services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Limitations of Liability
Revive Joy's liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client. In no event shall Revive Joy be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind. Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
